By using this website or making a booking via AlSonia Travel (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“guest”, “you”, “customer”) agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions in respect of all flight, hotel and flight+hotel bookings made through the site or via our agents.
Booking: A confirmed reservation for flight seats and/or hotel accommodation made through us.
Package: A combined flight + hotel arrangement sold together.
Supplier: The airline, hotel, hotel chain, transport provider or other service provider delivering a component of your booking.
Non-Refundable Fare/Rate: A fare or rate which does not permit refund or allows refund only subject to significant fees or penalty.
Refundable Fare/Rate: A fare or rate where refund is permitted under certain conditions, subject to fees and airline/hotel rules.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
The price quoted is based on availability, currency, airline/hotel conditions at the time of booking. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw offers without prior notice.
To confirm a booking you must pay the amount requested by us. For flight bookings, full payment and ticket issuance may be required for fare guarantee.
Once payment is accepted and ticket(s)/confirmation voucher(s) issued, your booking is confirmed.
All rates exclude any taxes, government duties, airport fees, fuel surcharges or other levies unless explicitly stated. These may change after booking and must be paid by you.
Should there be an increase in airline fare, hotel rate, fuel surcharge or tax after you have booked but before you have travelled, you agree to pay the difference.
The currency of payment may vary; if currency conversion is required, you accept any additional cost/exchange rate risk.
If you request changes (date, route, hotel, name) after booking, changes are subject to supplier rules, availability and may incur change fees.
Cancellation by you: the refund (if any) will be governed by the fare/rate rules of the flight/hotel + our cancellation policy (and any service fees). Non-refundable bookings may be fully forfeited.
No-show: If you fail to appear for the flight or hotel check-in, the booking is considered no-show and the amount paid is forfeited unless otherwise stated.
If the airline or hotel changes or cancels your booking (for example schedule change, hotel closure), we will assist you, but you accept that refunds or compensation are subject to supplier rules.
For combined flight+hotel packages: if the flight is cancelled/changed/you fail to board, your hotel booking may remain subject to original package conditions (no refund or change) unless the supplier allows otherwise.
Hotel names shown are confirmed at the time of booking unless otherwise indicated. In unavoidable circumstances (force majeure, hotel closure, over-booking) we may substitute a hotel of similar standard; no refund will necessarily be payable for difference unless we agree.
Check-in/check-out times are determined by the hotel; early check-in or late checkout may incur additional charges.
Extra persons, children, bedding requests, room views, room type upgrades are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
You are responsible for any loss or damage caused by you or your party to hotel property.
Flight bookings are subject to the rules of the operating airline(s) (fare conditions, baggage allowance, check-in, change & cancellation policy). We act as agent and are not liable for airline performance.
The fare quoted is valid only for the itinerary and fare conditions specified at booking. Any change in routing, date or class may incur fare difference + change fee.
In case of schedule changes by the airline (time, routing, aircraft) we will assist in alternative arrangements but no guarantee of same fare or availability.
You must comply with airline check-in, baggage, passport, visa, health/inoculation and security requirements. Failure to do so may result in denied boarding or additional costs, for which we are not responsible.
We act as an intermediary between you and the suppliers. We do not control the performance of airlines, hotels or other suppliers and cannot guarantee their services.
Except where legally required, our liability for any loss, damage or expense is limited to the amount paid by you for the booking.
It is strongly recommended that you take out adequate travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss, personal accident and repatriation.
We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure) such as war, strikes, weather, natural disasters, government intervention, technical failure, pandemics, etc.
We may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting them on our website. Continued use of our website or booking after amendment constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [specify jurisdiction, e.g., India – state of Uttar Pradesh] and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [specify city].

No waiver of any breach shall constitute a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your booking.
